GAMEMODE RULES
_
________________1. MODIFICATIONS & THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE
_
You may not use any modifications of any kind or third-party software to give you an advantage during gameplay. Such modifications accounts from simple gamefile configurations, CLEO, or hacking/cheat trainers.

_Notify a lead administrator of mods you need approval of, the below are currently approved of:
__• Camhack or similar freecams for filming/photography.
__• Cruise control CLEO mod (to type and drive).
__• Vehicle ELM light mods.
_
__

_
_
_
________________2. RESPECTING OTHER PLAYERS AND STAFF MEMBERS
_
You are to respect all players, donators and staff members alike. You may not insult and disrespect each other OOCly over any medium be it in local or global OOC, admin chat, or private messages. The server is to be a positive environment for communication and fun. Discriminating and bullying other users, be it gender, racial, or offensive in any shape of form is strictly forbidden.

__This also includes usernames and targeted /radio use.
__
_
_
_
________________3. SPAMMING & FLOODING
_
You are not allowed to repeatedly spam unnecessary messages of any kind or flood the servers' chatlog with the same message on any chat platform.

_This rule includes, but is not limited to:
___• Using the megaphone binds (/m1, /m2, /m3) rapidly.
___• Abusing commands such as /report and /PM.
___• Server advertising.

An exception is made to some megaphone commands such as HSIU notices and administrative intrusion during gameplay, but with a certain limit.
__
_
_
_
________________4. ENGLISH IN GLOBAL CHATS
_
The server welcomes all nationalities and cultures to the server, but for the sake of keeping communications standards at ease this rule is implemented. English is to be spoken through all public chats, including IC chats such as the radio or megaphone.

__Non-English can be spoken in /PM.

__
_
_
_
________________5. PUNISHMENT EVASION
_
Creating a new account, signing in with an alternative IP address, a proxy, or abusing the servers' script commands to get out of any form of administrative punishment - be it a mute, jail or ban is strictly forbidden and will be faced with server blacklisting.

__
_
_
_
________________6. UNJUST SHOOTING
_
Law enforcement teams are overpowered due to their readiness and quick mobility with an enormous amount of resources - unlike the fugitive team. Therefore, during roleplay gamemodes, LEOs may not open fire on the suspect(s) unless fired upon first.

_For the sake of fairness, these guidelines are to be followed:
___• You may not kill the driver and/or other passenger(s) if one passenger opened fire.
___• You may not open fire just because a colleague opened fire, check your targets.
___• You may not shoot for no reason (even if it's just the air) till the suspects fired first.

__
_
_
_
________________7. RUSH TAZING
_
An LEO may not taze, beanbag, or cuff a suspect(s) when the suspect is opening fire or water evading. You may also not taze or beanbag a suspect as a passenger in a drive-by stance. LEO(s) may not taze the suspect the instant he exits the primary escape vehicle (LEOs are to wait 5 seconds after exit).

__
_
_
_
________________8. RAMBO
_
During an active gunfight, you should hide for cover before shooting if able. However, you may not go head-on into a fatal tunnel or the suspect(s) themselves when they have their guns drawn out in front of you. In other words, you may not rush towards a suspect when they're opening fire, but look for cover instead.

__An exception to this rule can be made during lengthy gunfights, ONLY if there is less than 1 minute left on the clock.
__This can easily be done by checking /timeleft.
__
_
_
_
________________9. VEHICLE RAMMING
_
You may not ram suspect(s) if they are on-foot, even in active gunfight. However, you may ram their vehicle(s) using your own,
but certain guidelines must be applied:

______• You may not attempt suicide ramming (driving head-on at high speeds).
______• Suspect(s) are given a chance to pull over before a pursuit, you may not ram them then.
______• You are to NEVER ram your teammates when they're at stationary.
______• If HSIU is behind you, give it way even if you're the lead unit (unless you're HSIU). (Bullet/Cheetah/Infernus/Sultan)
______Bikes (HPV1000) may never PIT a car, but a car may PIT a bike.
______• During active gunfire, you may not ram a suspect(s) or teammate(s) vehicles at arrival.
______• A helicopter may not ram and cannot be rammed by vehicle(s).
______• Only SWAT Vans and Enforcers can PIT armored vehicles (securicar).
__
_
_
_
________________10. NON-RP DRIVING
_
In a roleplay gamemode - you are to drive recklessly in nature, but with some limitations, you are to drive realistically as this is still a roleplay server.

____Non-RP driving includes, but is not limited to (for both pursuers/evaders):
______• Driving off cliffs, be it into grass or into water is forbidden.
______• Flying off high roofs or elevated platforms (e.g. Skatepark Road to LS Highway for ambulance pursuits).
______• Purposely driving your car into the waters (sea shores, rivers) is forbidden.
______• Tapping forward or using RADs method on a bike is not allowed.
______• Bike stunts or stunting using hydraulics is forbidden (bumping edges to gain height).
__
_
_
_
________________11. BUG ABUSING
_
Abusing the server script, or game physics and/or SA-MP mechanics, in away to gain advantage is strictly forbidden.

____Common bugs to be made aware of:
______G-abuse: Drive-by shooting as a passenger while the driver is not in the vehicle.
______C-bugging: Crouching quickly and tapping space after a shot to rapidly fire from a gun.
______C-Slide: Abusing the crouching/standing up animation to slide to places without wasting stamina.
______Crack Shooting: Firing a shot standing then instantly crouching immediately to fire another
________with a handgun to get quick-shots.
______Deagle Driveby: Firing from the Desert Eagle as a passenger is overpowered and unfair.
______Biker MP5 Driveby: Spawning a MP5 as a biker to be able to shoot as you drive.

__GTA: San Andreas is an outdated game and has its own fault and errors, alongside SA-MP; developing a script for the server
__can bring a wave of bugs with it. However, sharing those bugs will lead to punishment. Instead, you can help us better
__the server by submitting a bug report.

__
_
_
_
________________12. BUNNYHOPPING
_
In roleplay mode, jumping repeatedly to get somewhere faster is forbidden.

An exception to this rule can be once, if you're jumping to press a bind (shouting or taser, etc).
__
_
_
_
________________13. NINJA-JACKING
_
In roleplay mode, forcing a person out of the car while their in the driver seat is forbidden for both suspect(s) and LEO(s).

__
_
_
_
________________14. NON-RP CLOTHING
_
Players have the choice to pick whatever skins they want and accessories to modify their look. However, it must be something rather realistic and reasonable, in other words, not troll clothing.

_____These guidelines should also be followed:
_______• You may not switch your skin to a LEO skin as the suspect or vice versa.
_______• Do not pick silly skins that are irrelevant to the roleplay (e.g. clowns, cluckin bell).
_______• Using the skin ID 0 (CJ) is strictly forbidden.
_______• You may not accessorize your character with ridiculous objects (e.g. a bush, huge hair piece, a house).
_______• Accessorize at your own leisure and use creativity, just make sure to be original and stand out (no copying/impersonation)!

If you switched out of the default skin, you can check it again using /skinlist. Skin ID 280 is the default server skin.
Administrators have the final say on whether your skin is acceptable or not.
__
_
_
_
________________15. UNFAIR SPIKING
_
At a certain level in roleplay mode, you will gain access to /spike, which deploys a stinger that disables a vehicle(s) tires for both LEOs and suspects. However, there are times these can be used unfairly.

____The spike usage rules are not limited to this list:
______• You may not spike the exit points of Bayside; you may spike the end of the bridge and tunnels.
______• You MUST remove the spikes after placing them (/removeobject).
______• You may not set a stinger perimeter around an active boxed suspect vehicle.

__
_
_
_
________________16. CHAIN OF COMMAND
_
In roleplay mode, you must follow the orders of your superiors, based on the department you're roleplaying in. Say if you're roleplaying as a recruit police officer, you follow the orders of Police Officer II. The POII listens to his Sergeant, and so goes on the list. It is strictly forbidden to roleplay as FBI, National Guard/Army, Internal Affair, CIA or any other agency superior to a State Police force without the permission of Lead Administrator or above.

This rule is should always be followed ICly, but can be exempt in some cases depending on the administrators say.
__
_
_
_
________________17. MISUSE OF COMMUNICATION CHANNELS
_
In roleplay mode, you are to use your communication channels such as /radio, /megaphone intelligently. Yelling slurs such as 'lol ur gay' is deemed mixing and will not be tolerated. The same limitation can be applied to /shout.

Administrators have the right to warn or punish you for misusing the channels if it's deemed necessary.
__
_
_
_
________________18. OLYMPIC SWIMMING
_
In roleplay gamemode, one should not randomly swim, but ALWAYS aim for the shore or a escape after accidentaly falling to the water. (You can't jump into the water on purpose).

LEO(s) may not open fire on suspect(s) that are currently in the water.
This tactic often stalls the timer and leaves the LEOs completely actionless.
__
_
_
_
________________19. ADMINISTRATORS HAVE THE FINAL SAY
_
In many situations, administrators have the final say unless an administrator of higher position (lead or management) overrides that decision. A player is to always obey what an administrator says, if retaliated with a toxic attitude or ranting will probably lead to muted jail or a ban.

Administrators are human-beings and they can be mistaken. However, we are not exempt from punishment if we are to break any rules. If you happened to find an administrator abusing his powers or being outright disrespectful, feel free to post an administrator complaint here.
__

_
_
_
________________20. POWERGAMING
_
There are two definitions to powergaming —
1) Roleplaying something that is unrealistic and impossible for a human to perform (e.g. jumping to the moon).
2) Roleplaying something without giving a chance for the other player to roleplay back (e.g. rushing /cuff without giving a chance for others to resist).

Don't try to be clever, administrators have the final say whether something is powergaming/non-RP.
There are times where you do not need to consent the other player for roleplay for obvious success, but you still need to roleplay it. For example, if someone has been tazed by multiple, you have to roleplay the cuffs in /me, but don't have to ask for resistance via /do.
__

_
_
_
________________21. LOBBY PUNCHING
_
At the end of every match, all players will spawn from one point in the interior lobby — punching randomly at the lobby is strictly forbidden as it sometimes bugs players, making them crash; or making the place look ridiculous when more than 10 players do it all at once.

__

_
_

_
________________22. REPAIRING
_
You must not repair as the fugitive, this is even more non-rp than cops repairing, and is strictly forbidden. Cops should not shoot their car to lower its health to be able to /repair it.

__

_
_

_
________________23. KEYBINDS
_
You must not keybind roleplay, such as roleplay to cuff someone. You are not allowed to keybind anything you wish to spam. You are not allowed to keybind /o, or /ask(reply) messages. You are allowed to keybind /megaphone messages, /s messages and talk messages as long as you don't spam them and they are sensible.

__

_
_

_
________________24. AFK TO AVOID ROLEPLAY
_
You cannot AFK once beanbagged/tased to avoid roleplay of being arrested. Offenders will be punished accordingly for breaching this rule.

__

_
_
_
________________25. REQUESTING CUSTOM VEHICLES
_
Don't ask adminstrators for a custom vehicle. You can get a custom vehicle by simply donating and you'll be given the custom car you want; if approved by the administrator in charge.

__

_
_
_
________________26. IMPERSONATING ADMINISTRATORS/STAFF
_
You may not impersonate a member of the staff team or impersonate an administrator, saying you'll punish someone because you're an administrator.

__

_
_

_
________________27. TEAMING/CORRUPTION
_
You may not team up with the other team (cop w/ fugitive or fugitives w/ cops) in pursuits, operations or other TDM events.

__

_
_

_
________________28. STREAM SNIPING
_
The act of finding out targeted player(s) location through an active and live stream is forbidden. Targeted players can range from fugitives or last man standing in an event. Metagaming the information from a stream to assist your teammates is also forbidden.
_
_

_
________________29. ASKING FOR EVIDENCE
_
It is strictly forbidden to go "where is the evidence" or anything along those lines. If Evidence is needed by an administrator in an administration complaint or elsewhere, a higher ranking admin will ask that admin to post evidence. You are not to ask.
_
_

_
________________30. MULTIACCOUNTING/PUNISHMENT EVASION
_
Multiaccounting is using multiple different accounts to play on the server. It is not allowed under any circumstances. You are not allowed to evade a admin jail sentence by making a new account. You will be punished for doing so.

MODIFIED THIS RULE:

___• You may roleplay firing a warning shot using /me, but firing only ONE shot after roleplaying it.

Modified:
_
________________18. OLYMPIC SWIMMING
_
In both roleplay and NON-RP gamemodes, you have a maximum of 2 minutes in the water to evade. You may not swim in random circles. A player should pause to roleplay stamina or being tackled by the LEOs behind him. One should not randomly swim, but aim for the shore or a escape.

LEO(s) may not open fire on suspect(s) that are currently in the water.
This tactic often stalls the timer and leaves the LEOs completely actionless.
