-Yep, totally 100 percent, I was linked to some guy who was banned, though I just joined this server this week haha. I couldn't even have a proper level up and was mostly getting fucked up by these guys who are actually better than me when it comes to shooting haha.
If yes to above, Why?:

— If you were banned for hacking, you need to provide a screenshot of BOTH your GTA: San Andreas directory, CLEO folder and modloader folder.
