Planned 2.0 Changes

CORE GAMEPLAY
-Suspect vehicles will go back to being random, for more variety and thus replayability.
-Suspects will receive random weaponry, although always with consistent ammo. Again, for variety/replayability.
-Cops will always spawn at the police station at the start of the round, instead of right behind the suspects.
-Cops will be able to change vehicle mid-pursuit.
-Timer will increase from 8 minutes to 10 minutes.
-A Police Roadblock will spawn in every 2 minutes, for a total of 5 roadblocks randomly across the map.
-Cops still alive in the pursuit will be able to respawn at the starting police station once every minute.
-People who join the server whilst a pursuit is in progress will be able to join the pursuit if there is 5 minutes or more remaining.
OTHER GAMEPLAY
-Removal of automatic events. They will return to being staff-started, to ensure they are only used sparingly, to keep them special.
-Staff-chosen events will be random, to again ensure staff don't overly rely on one or two events, but that all get used fairly, again, to keep the most-loved events special.
-Reintroduction of RP and NON-RP modes, where the main suspect gets to pick whether they want no-rules chaos, or a fairer RP-style pursuit.
PROGRESSION
-Everyone's money will be reset.
-A new HALO Reach-style progression system, where the money you earn both levels you up, and allows you to purchase things.
-Score will remain, but solely as an indicator for how experienced a player is. It will no longer be used for progression.
STAFF / RULES
-All existing warns, jails and bans will be deleted.
-New Appeals system. All punishment types would be appealable, and no appeals will ever be dealt with by the punishing admin anymore.
OTHER CHANGES
-New lobby & DM Arena. Wouldn't be a "new" SA-PP without new scenery.
-More simple Quality of Life features, for example: Automatic Doors. Some doors, i.e those inside the lobby, can be made Automatic, so you don't even have to press F or type a command to go through.
-Continued reduction in redundant commands and features, so as not to bloat the game.
FUTURE UPDATES
-A new, consistent structure for continued updates.
Each month, the server will be updated with at least 1 new pursuit, and 1 new event.
Larger new content would not be held back until a large update can be made. Instead, anything that's completed will be shoved in to the next monthly update.
This way, even if the updates are smaller and fluctuate in terms of the amount of new content, there would still be consistently regular updates to the server.
