6. RUSH TASING & TASING
_
An LEO may not taze, beanbag, or cuff a suspect(s) when the suspect is opening fire or water evading. You may also not taze or beanbag a suspect as a passenger in a drive-by stance. LEO(s) may not taze the suspect the instant he exits the primary escape vehicle (LEOs are to wait 5 seconds after exit). You may not tase a surrendered suspect (/handsup, /hu or /ff) and you must roleplay cuffing the surrendered suspect properly with /me's and /do's. You may also not kill, shoot or hit a cuffed/tased suspect, doing so will result in administrative punishment. A suspect can NOT fake surrender, i.e do /hu or /ff and then do /sa and start shooting or running again - once you do /hu or /ff you must allow yourself to be cuffed.

7. RAMBO
_
During an active gunfight, you should hide for cover before shooting if able. However, you may not go head-on into a fatal tunnel or the suspect(s) themselves when they have their guns drawn out in front of you, but you must look for cover, unless the situation forces you to rush them in case they are barricaded in an interior or in an awkward position (only if the cops are equal or greater in number than the suspects). Rambo INCLUDES running towards cops despite not having shot as a suspect, in order to get near or behind them with the intention of opening fire. Suspects can rush during a gunfight if the suspects out number or are equal to the amount of cops present and only inside interiors. Additionally, we consider rambo to be also the following, pushing a vehicle which you're using for cover in order to get closer to the suspects/cops so you can gain an advantage over them.

You may not ram anyone, suspect or cop, if they are on-foot, even in active gunfight. However, you may ram a suspect's vehicle using your own as a cop, but the following guideline(s) must be applied:
______
• You may not suicide ram (driving head-on or in to their sides at high speeds). This applies to both suspects & cops.
______
• You are to NEVER ram your teammates.
______
• You may not ram an UNOCCUPIED vehicle which serves as cover. This applies to both cops & suspects.
______
•Bikes (HPV1000, Sanchez, NRG500) may never PIT a car but a car may PIT a suspect bike.
______
• During active gunfire, you may not ram a suspect(s) or teammate(s) vehicles at arrival.
______
• A helicopter may not ram and cannot be rammed by vehicle(s).
______
• You must be careful not to ram the suspects or cops near the water, in order to not get them into it.
______
• Cops should always give suspects the opportunity to pull over before beginning to ram them, avoiding blocking them if they stop, and forming a line behind them.

9. NON-RP DRIVING
_
During a purusit, you are to drive somewhat realistically as this server does have roleplay elements.
____
Non-RP driving includes, but is not limited to (for both pursuers/evaders):
______
• Driving off cliffs, be it into grass or into water is forbidden.
______
• Flying off high roofs or elevated platforms (e.g. Skatepark Road to LS Highway for ambulance pursuits).
______
• Driving up super narrow ledges, such as a bridge arches and anything similar.
______
• Purposely driving your car into the waters (sea shores, rivers) is forbidden unless at the end of a round (last 5 seconds-ish).
______
• Bike stunts or stunting using hydraulics is forbidden (bumping edges to gain height).
__
• Flying with a helicopter too low is not allowed. If we can hear the helicopter on the ground, you are likely too low. Up to admin discretion.
__
•Intentionally driving off any Building or Cliff/Mountain/Large Hill is strictly not permitted and is considered a 'stunt jump' or 'stunting'. Enticing others to ram you off said locations is also considered intentional stunting.
Any other stunt ramp or jump that has not been blocked by mapped objects you are permitted to jump/stunt with.
You are also allowed to stunt off elevated roads (e.g East Beach raised road on to the highway OR from Idlewood in to the sewers).

10. BUG ABUSING _
Abusing the server script, or game physics and/or SA-MP mechanics, in away to gain advantage is strictly forbidden.
____
Common bugs to be made aware of:
______
○C-bugging: Crouching quickly and tapping space after a shot to rapidly fire from a gun.
______
○C-Slide: Abusing the crouching/standing up animation to slide to places without wasting stamina.
______
○C-rolling: Cancelling the roll animation in order to stand up quicker than normal.
______
○Crack Shooting: Firing a shot standing then instantly crouching immediately to fire another with a handgun to get quick-shots.
______
○Biker MP5 Driveby: Spawning a MP5 as a biker to be able to shoot as you drive.
______
○Blocking entry points: Using a vehicle to block an entry point to an interior, such as Jefferson Motel, Jizzys Club & others.
______
○Anti-ram script: Purposefully running infront of a cop who's driving & killing them when the script has frozen them.
______
○Olympic swimming: Abusing SAMP mechanics in order to manipulate the game so you can swim quicker than normal speed.
______
○Litefoot: Abusing GTA game mechanics in order to cut animations so you're able to shoot & move quicker.
______
○: Abusing GTA game mechanics to push a vehicle which has no occupants in order to get it further away from the cops to repair.
__
GTA: San Andreas is an outdated game and has its own fault and errors, alongside SA-MP; developing a script for the server
can bring a wave of bugs with it. However, sharing or using those bugs will lead to punishment. Instead, you can help us better
the server by submitting a bug report on discord or here on the forums.

____
The spike 'unfair' usage rules are not limited to this list and are at admin discretion:
______
• You may not spike the exit points of Bayside; you may spike the end of the bridge and tunnels.
______
• You MUST remove the spikes after placing them (/removeobject).

16. ADMINISTRATORS HAVE THE FINAL SAY
_
In many situations, administrators have the final say unless an administrator of higher position (senior, lead or management) overrides that decision. A player is to always obey what an administrator says, if retaliated with a toxic attitude or ranting will probably lead to muted jail or a ban.
Administrators are human-beings and they can be mistaken. However, we are not exempt from punishment if we are to break any rules. If you happened to find an administrator abusing his powers or being outright disrespectful, feel free to
post an administrator complaint on the discord.

17. POWERGAMING
_
There is one current definition to powergaming —
1) Roleplaying something without giving a chance for the other player to roleplay back (e.g. rushing /cuff without giving a chance for others to resist). Included in this definition is denying someone's roleplay without a valid reason - if you say "no" to someone's /do, give a valid reason as to why not. Simply saying "no" and refusing to eloborate is still powergaming.
Don't try to be clever, administrators have the final say whether something is powergaming/non-RP.
There are times where you do not need to consent the other player for roleplay for obvious success, but you still need to roleplay it. For example, if someone has been tased, you have to roleplay the cuffs in /me, but don't have to ask for resistance via /do.

24. COMMON DECENCY
_
Common decency can be defined as stripping a player of a cuff and/or additional kill on their stats or anything else which a player might earn/achieve by playing the game. You can/will be punished for doing the following;
______
• Purposefully suiciding whilst being a suspect/cop in order to avoid dying/being cuffed.

• Leaving the game as you're about to be and or actively tased whilst being a suspect.
______
• Quitting the game or leaving the chase (/leavechase - applies to cops) whilst you're being shot at. (Applies to both suspects & cops.)
• Use common decency and common sense. Not everything can be listed as a rule. Use your brains. Don't try and find loopholes.

25. ROLEPLAY RULES
_
Roleplay rules help the server function during active pursuits due to the nature of the script with the ability to actually roleplay in-game. Roleplaying actions such as pulling someone out and cuffing them are mandatory. You also cannot purposefully ignore roleplay or give unrealistic reasons to someone's roleplay. The following can be considered against the roleplay rules;
______
• Giving unrealistic reasons or little to no reasons at all to someone attempting to get you out of a vehicle.
______
